LNO Public Information Night--Monday Dec. 15th, at 7pm in the Ottawa Citizen Building, 1101 Baxter Rd., Nepean. Let everyone in your circle of friends know about the event. We will be focusing on the benfits of membership: Social Networking Events, Future Planning Workshops, Quarterly Newsletter, and Personal Support Networks program.

LNO First Annual Christmas Party!!.December 13th from 7 to 9:30 pm at Doverercourt Recreation center, Dovercourt Ave. It will be an evening of dance celebration, food and entertainment. If anyone would like to help out, contact Pam at the LNO office at 748-7162.

International Day of Disabled Persons-- Nov. 29th thru Dec. 3 at various locations around the city, check www.celebrationofpeople.com for details.
